Learning Ability and Supporting Capacity of Online Learning In Students during Covid-19 Pandemic

Abstract The world is facing a global problem, namely Coronavirus (COVID 19). Covid-19 outbreak in Indonesia has spread to various regions. government imposed social distancing and several regions have Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) break the chain of spreading covid-19. Large-scale are restrictions on activities areas suspected being infected with prevent its spread. policy affects almost all sectors life including Education sector. One them issuance Circular Letter No. 36962/MPK. A/HK/2020 transferring face-to-face learning online learning. This an impact implementation higher education from ability supporting capacity students. method used this study quantitative descriptive. research focuses 10% students Faculty Sciences Universitas Negeri Semarang. Factors analyzed include external, internal contextual factors during covid-19 pandemic. Data analysis was carried by reducing data, presenting until conclusion. result that do based manage time, motivation, student discipline, it supported good internet network, technology literacy skills as well find resources. support obtained optimally starting parents, easy communication lecturers, interesting methods media. problem factor requires lot quota, lecture tasks considered excessive so more time effort management.
